Is i2p+ causing me issues?

I have a couple routers and did not see any change in traffic when I upgraded to 2.8.0, A week later, last friday, I installed i2p+ on both routers. After installing i2p+ I noticed that my tunnels, peers, traffic in traffic out was reduced greatly compared to before. It does not affect me but I am only using about 4% of my total allotted bandwidth now and it feels like something changed besides the skin.

Any thoughts?

Here is a screenshot: I installed i2p+ on the thick red lines.

I2P+ is a lot more aggressive when dealing with potentially hostile peers, which can often result in less transit (participating) traffic, and is also pretty selective about low-bandwidth peers that appear to be running outdated versions. It's also a lot more selective about the peers it chooses to route local traffic, which should generally improve overall performance when hosting services on the network.
