Unable to Delete Torrented File

I accidentally clicked "delete torrent but keep file" instead of deleting both. But when I go to the folder to delete it manually, it doesn't work either.

did you try sudo rm "file" or moving it to somewhere else

it doesn't work
can you please explain more in detail:
- do you get an error message ? Which one ?
- Windows or Linux ?
- local filesystem or nas ?

Sorry, I forgot to mention this weeks ago. But I figured it out on my own. I basically just needed to shut i2p down before I deleted them.
