i cannot visit

"The I2P Wiki reloaded" (i2pwiki.i2p) was intended as a replacement for "Ugha-Wiki" and was online until mid-2018. Parts of the wiki, an old incomplete database extract from 2015, were incorporated into the "I2P Wiki". This wiki, run by the I2P project, can be found at
http://wiki.i2p-projekt.i2p and the "I2P Plugins" at
http://wiki.i2p-projekt.i2p/wiki/index.php/Plugins.

Addendum: Many of the links mentioned in the I2P Wiki now point to sites that are no longer active after the member has left. Among them are the sites zzz.i2p and stats.i2p. For known reasons, the I2P Wiki is updated only sporadically. Until then, you'll have to mentally filter out these links ;-)
