Too Many Requests, Access Denied
Too Many Requests, Access Denied
Many of the larger sites are too aggressive with this. For example, Stats.i2p treats each image as a separate request and blocks me within 3 clicks. If sites won't change policy, is there anything a user can do to avoid this, besides waiting over 60 seconds to click a link?
Re: Too Many Requests, Access Denied
Hi MANIAC,
One option is to stop and restart your HTTP proxy tunnel so that it generates a new destination.
You can also contact the operator of the site, zzz, and inform him that you are hitting his rate-limiter frequently.
He may or may not ease the rate limits, it is his site and his decision to set limits as he sees appropriate depending on availability of resources.
