Two routers, two machines. Both Windows. Happens with both 2.5.0 and 2.5.1.
Setting the bandwidth and resetting the router then results in these values being reset. After multiple restarts the values seem random, going from hundreds of KBps to 1-2 thousand. Only affects I2PSnark. Router bandwidth is normal, and I am setting the I2PSnark bandwidth at less than the router's so this should be no issue.

Fixed in dev build 2.5.2-6. This was a display issue only; internal limit was correct.
