Yes, your outproxies unlikely real go to down/fail, but at some time, some outproxies slower(even shortly hanging) than ohters.
I say "failover" meaning want to automatic select faster outproxies if such things are feasible.
Any idea?

I use i2p's outproxy as one unblockable proxy to use tor.
tor and almost proxy, VPN, etc. was blocked by my country national firewall.
My anonymity protect by tor, "i2p help me connect to the tor" is the main usage by me.

just random think, are you want to try use C++ i2pd instead of java i2p+ for run high traffic outproxies?

I try to change hop from 0 to 1 for HTTP proxy tunnel, this problem go way.
However, i2pd no same problem with 0 hop HTTP proxy tunnel.
I guess my censor can recognize the HTTP traffic patterns of 0 hop java i2p, but not i2pd yet.

To make run an OutProxy in I2P more easier(maybe also safer), put "HTTPTunnelPort 127.0.0.1:port-number" in your torrc (Tor browser also has the torrc file), then use this tor's http proxy as the target IP/port.
